Head of Product – Foundation

Location: Hybrid

Employment Type: Full time

• Lead and support five Foundation Squads across key healthcare products
• Ensure stability, reliability, and high customer satisfaction across critical national systems
• Protect and grow existing revenue through effective release planning and product stewardship
• Optimise allocation of Product Managers and Product Owners across legacy and modernisation priorities
• Unlock subject matter expertise within your teams to support workflow definition for the new platform
• Guide teams through organisational and capability change as they evolve towards domain workflow expertise
• Balance roadmap delivery with the ongoing maintenance and technical debt management required in mature systems
• Maintain operational excellence while supporting long‑term strategic transition

• Extensive experience leading mature, high‑revenue product portfolios
• Strong background in change management and guiding teams through transformation
• Proven ability to balance business continuity with strategic modernisation
• Experience working within healthcare or other regulated environments
• Understanding of NHS frameworks and relevant UK healthcare policy is advantageous
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to protect revenue while enabling innovation
• Clear leadership style with the ability to align senior stakeholders and product team
