Solutions Engineer

A growing B2B marketing agency is looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to join its CRM & Data team.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on designing, implementing and optimising Hub Spot and connected Mar Tech solutions for B2B clients.

• Design and deliver Hub Spot CRM solutions aligned to client goals
• Support pre-sales through demos and technical scoping
• Implement workflows, automations and integrations
• Manage data migration, governance and enrichment
• Perform technology audits and best-practice recommendations
• Build dashboards and reporting
• Train internal teams and clients

• 3+ years in agency, consultancy or specialist role
• Strong experience with Hub Spot administration, APIs and integrations
• Experience onboarding complex Hub Spot environments
• Confident presenting to clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hub Spot certifications (or willingness to gain)
• 2+ years’ hands‑on Hub Spot experience
• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo or Pardot
