Our client is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join their Enterprise Applications & Development team. This is a key position responsible for designing scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions across their Salesforce implementation. Acting as a trusted technical advisor
, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical designs into clear, business-friendly language.

This is a business-facing role where you'll mentor technical colleagues, champion best practices, and lead strategic projects—ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem evolves to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Design and maintain high- and low-level technical documentation for Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Own solution and technical designs throughout discovery, design, and build phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Provide guidance and oversight to Admins, Developers, and QA teams.
• Manage integrations and third-party applications (e.g., CPQ, telephony, integration tools, marketing automation).
• Support governance processes, change control, and system optimization.
• Act as technical lead on strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.

• Strong Salesforce expertise with at least 3 years of hands-on development experience, including CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
• Deep understanding of both declarative and programmatic capabilities.
• Proven experience designing solutions for complex business processes and integrated landscapes.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Administrator, App Builder essential; additional certs desirable).
• Experience with enterprise integration tools (e.g., Jitterbit, Mule Soft).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with advanced Salesforce products (e.g., Experience Cloud, Omni Studio, Data Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Developer II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
