Duration: 6 months (extendable)

We’re supporting a global manufacturing client in the rollout of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple European entities. They’re seeking a hands-on Functional Consultant to lead workshops, map business processes, and support configuration and testing across finance and procurement modules.

This is a delivery-focused role — ideal for someone who thrives in stakeholder-facing environments and can translate business needs into system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FIT-GAP workshops with finance and procurement teams across UK and EU entities
• Configure core modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement & Sourcing
• Support testing cycles (UAT, SIT), write test scripts, and manage defect resolution
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting requirements
• Provide post-go-live support and training to end users
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and internal controls

Ideal Profile:

• 5+ years in D365 F&O (or AX 2012) with strong functional knowledge of finance and procurement
• Experience working on multi-country rollouts and localisations
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to work independently and manage deliverables across multiple work streams
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is a plus
