Our client is a Microsoft ISV Partner with a global presence, providing a SaaS platform that helps organisations govern, optimise, and monitor Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Their platform currently supports over 3 million users across 180+ enterprise customers.

Following recent investment, they are expanding their technical team and are looking for a Cloud Support Specialist to join their Security/IT function. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cloud optimisation and modern workplace technologies within an international, remote‑first team.

• Provide 1st line IT support for end users
• Procure, install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including desktops and laptops, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and mobile devices (Android & iOS).
• Support Windows 11 and Apple macOS systems.
• Perform cloud administration and end‑user support for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Intune, Defender, and other cloud services.
• Create and manage users, groups, and SharePoint sites. Manage user licensing and Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes. Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Work with automation technologies to enhance internal services.

• Commercial experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across Windows, macOS, and cloud applications.
• Ability to work on‑site 2-3 days per week in East Horsley, Surrey.
• Ability to travel to the office or client sites as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1-2 year's experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive, and Teams.

• Exposure to security tooling such as Defender, Intune, and Entra .
• Microsoft cloud certifications.
• Experience with Copilot / AI tooling administration, Power Automate, Azure, or Power Shell.
