Purpose of the RoleThe Project Implementation Manager will lead the implementation of SAP Success Factors Payroll into Colas HR, overseeing end‑to‑end delivery from planning through post‑go‑live stabilisation.
Main Responsibilities- Define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables, aligning with organisational strategy.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource forecasts and budget controls, establishing a governance framework and clear approval checkpoints.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT leaders, managing relationships with SAP and the implementation partner to meet SLAs.
- Lead steering committee and stakeholder meetings, providing transparent communication on progress, risks and dependencies.
- Configure and integrate SAP Success Factors Payroll with Employee Central, Time Tracking and Benefits modules, coordinating data migration, validation and transformation activities.
- Maintain compliance with local payroll regulations, data security and GDPR requirements.
- Develop and manage testing strategies (Unit, SIT and UAT), coordinate business user participation and oversee training material development.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption through effective change management, ensuring post‑go‑live support structures are in place.
- Track and report on project milestones, risks, issues and KPIs, maintaining detailed documentation and conducting post‑implementation reviews.
- Degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- At least five years managing large‑scale HRIS or payroll system implementations, with direct experience implementing SAP Success Factors Payroll.
- Strong record of managing integrations within the Success Factors suite and to external systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical and organisational abilities.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Jira, Smartsheet or MS Project is desirable.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite, including Teams.
- A Salary between £60,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience)
