Location:Hybrid (Birmingham-based)3 days in the office initially reducing to 2 days after passing probation
We’re looking for an experienced SEO & AEO Executive to join the Performance & Insight team at Love Finance.
You’ll play a key role in improving how Love Finance is discovered across Google Search and AI-powered search platforms, ensuring our content, site structure, and campaigns are fullyoptimisedto perform.
This role sits within the Performance function, working closely with our performance marketers, analysts, and brand team. You’ll support broader marketing projects with data, insights, and searchoptimisationstrategies — connecting performance analytics with creative storytelling to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities of the SEO/AEO Executive SEO & AEO Management- Lead day-to-day SEO activity including audits,optimisations, and technical fixes.
- Conduct keyword and topic research to identify new opportunities and refine content targeting.
- Optimise landin pages, blogs, and растение copy for visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and structured data.
- Stay up to date on AI Search (AEO) developments across ChatGPT, Gemini, Bing Copilot, and emerging search platforms.
- Work with developers and designers to implement SEO and AEO improvements effectively.
- Use GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Hotjar to analyse performance and user behaviour.
- Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTRs, and engagement metrics.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor progress and uncover insights.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve visibility, conversion, and content performance.
- Work closely with performance marketers, data analysts, and the brand team to align SEO ianao AEO strategy with campaigns. Support wider marketing projects, contributing insights and best practices to content, PR, and digital initiatives.
- Partner with the research team to identify audience trends and content opportunities.
- Provide feedback and learnings that close the loop between performance and creative teams.
- 3+ years’ hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proven experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Hotjar.
- Ability toanalyse performance data and present clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written English and experience optimising copy for both users and algorithms.
- Interest in AI Search and how it’s reshaping SEO and discoverability.
- Experience with AEO (AI Engine Optimisation) and structured data implementation.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimisation(CRO) and user journey analysis.
- Experience in performance-led marketing environments.
- Familiarity with CMS tools such as Word Press or Webflow.
- A key role in shaping Love Finance’s SEO & AEO strategy.
- Collaboration with performance marketers, analysts, ida the brand team.
