Chief Information Officer

e are currently for a Chief Information Officer to join a company in Birmingham, B9.

Main duties for the Chief Information Officer role:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations across the business
• Ensure systems, networks, and devices run securely and efficiently
• Act as the brok claiming and of contact for all IT‑related issues and improvement
• Maintain and support networks, servers, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365)
• Oversee hardware, software, and license management
• Deliver hands‑on 1st3rd line support to users
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Lead small‑scale IT projects (rotties, migrations, new systems)
• Liaise with third‑party suppliers and software vendors
• Experience with cloud migrations or VoIP systems
• Updating design softwares with latest versions, margins and catalogues
• PDQ card machine management Annual PCI DSS Compliance
• Active Directory and Group Policy administration
• Install & configure a wide range of hardware (including printers, phones, laptops, biometric clocking systems)
• Global administration with Office 365 Enterprise E3
• Occasional working out of hours for system configuration and update
