We are looking for a Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of supply chain and warehouse-focused systems projects during a period of increased operational activity. The role is centred on the delivery of critical stock management and distribution initiatives, working across warehouses, stores, and international technology teams.

You will take full accountability for delivery across all work streams, with the primary focus on warehouse stock tracking and stock dispatch systems.

• Take ownership of the delivery of multiple concurrent supply chain technology projects across distribution centres and retail operations.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Warehouse Stock Tracking solution across multiple distribution centres, working closely with a Business Analyst from requirements through to implementation and rollout.
• Manage engagement with warehouse and operational teams to ensure processes, testing, and adoption are aligned to project timelines.
• Represent the UK business on a US-led stock dispatch system upgrade, moving from a legacy platform to a central OMS solution.
• Own UK data interface requirements for the OMS upgrade, coordinating with US technology teams and local operational stakeholders.
• Work with in-store teams to ensure readiness, data accuracy, and process compliance during the OMS transition.
• Maintain oversight of dependencies between warehouse systems, stock dispatch, and upstream/downstream supply chain processes.
• Provide light-touch coordination of a Windows 10 to Windows 11 device upgrade, managed largely by a third-party supplier.
• Act as a point of contact for end-user queries related to the neglect rollout, ensuring clear support and escalation routes.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across all supply chain work streams.
