Position: ICT Service Desk Operator – First-Line Support (NHS)
A leading mental health organization in Birmingham is seeking an ICT Service Desk Operator. The role involves providing first line support, logging ICT requests, and requires excellent customer service skills. This position is a fixed term contract for 12 months, aimed at individuals who are enthusiastic and motivated. Good understanding of Microsoft Office and asset management systems are needed. The salary ranges from £24,937 to £26,598 per annum, pro rata.
