A global leader in AI-driven language technology is hiring a mid-level AI Engineer to help advance the internal platforms that power translation, localisation, and data-generation workflows across 300+ languages. The company works with heavily regulated industries, so accuracy, compliance, and model reliability are central to their mission. You’ll join a distributed engineering team across the UK and EU, building and improving deep-learning systems that directly support high-scale customer delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of engineering and research - shipping models while staying close to new developments in NLP and LLMs.

• Build and deploy LLM/NLP models into production.
• Improve internal AI tools, automation pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Research and experiment with new model architectures and papers.
• Work closely with global engineers and researchers across Europe.

Salary:
Up to £85,000

Working model: UK or EU; hybrid/remote depending on location
