Job Title: Oracle Fusion Tech Admin Lead

Key Responsibilities- Design and develop various types of reports, including operational, financial, and analytical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage the deployment and continuous integration of applications in the Oracle Fusion environment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the platform.
- Manage and execute quarterly upgrades of Oracle Fusion applications and automate regression testing activities.
- Perform administrative activities, including pre-clone and post-clone tasks and instance refreshes to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Oversee deployment processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
- Manage Git Hub repositories, including version control and collaboration on development projects.
- Work with Oracle to address issues by implementing workarounds or remediations.
- Streamline and enhance processes through automation.
- Lead technical project delivery, managing onsite and offshore teams.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Understand JCI IT General controls to satisfy IT audit requirements for internal & external audits.
- Ensure best practices in Dev Ops methodologies are followed and stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion features and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Technical and Admin functions.
- Strong knowledge of Dev Ops tools and practices.
- Experience with cloud services and automation tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications in Oracle Technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and integrations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of additional Oracle products and services.
