We are seeking a highly skilled Success Factors Solution Architect with deep expertise in Employee Central
, Employee Central Payroll
, and Absence Management to join a large-scale transformation programme based in Birmingham
. This is a key role in the design and implementation of SAP Success Factors solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.

Strong functional and technical knowledge of:

• SAP Success Factors Employee Central
• Employee Central Payroll
• Absence Management / Time Off

• Lead the architectural design and end-to-end solutioning of SAP Success Factors modules, particularly Employee Central, EC Payroll, and Absences.
• Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Success Factors within the programme, ensuring alignment to best practices and business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate business requirements into robust Success Factors architecture and design.
• Oversee configuration, integration, and testing efforts related to EC, Payroll, and Absences.
• Ensure alignment with SAP roadmap and recommend innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
• Support data migration, interface development, and system integration planning.
• Work with change management teams to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
• Provide governance and quality assurance across the design and build phases.
