Our client, a leader in the property tech space, is seeking a Growth, Product & Insights Lead with a strong Product-Led Growth (PLG) background

, and the ability to design and deliver end-to-end marketing plans that drive user activation, conversion, and retention

The Role
This newly created role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and data. You will lead the charge in embedding PLG frameworks, harness data to inform strategy, and take ownership of integrated marketing plans from creation to execution, all with the goal of driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and rollout of a comprehensive PLG strategy across platforms and services
- Use behavioural and performance data to identify key triggers for user activation, retention, and expansion
- Create and deliver integrated marketing plans to achieve growth targets across B2B and B2C audiences
- Optimise digital funnels through data-driven CRO strategies and A/B testing
- Produce and deliver content and assets across key channels, landing pages, in-product messaging, and more
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Brand teams to ensure alignment and impact
- Own performance dashboards across GA4, Hub Spot, Looker, and internal tools to inform and refine campaigns
- Line-manage a junior team member, fostering expertise in CRO, analytics, and data-led marketing
- A deep background in Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments, ideally with experience scaling digital services
- Expertise in data analysis tools (GA4, Hub Spot, Looker) and a strong grasp of behavioural analytics
- A track record of creating and delivering integrated marketing plans that drive measurable growth
- Confidence in managing CRO experiments and optimising digital journeys
- Ability to align marketing execution with product strategy and UX
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally
- Experience in property tech, land, or the built environment
- Familiarity with using AI to enhance onboarding, messaging, and conversion
