This senior leadership position plays a key role in shaping the organisation’s enterprise data landscape – ensuring systems, processes, and people are aligned to deliver a consistent, efficient, and future‑ready data capability. You’ll lead a small team of specialists, working collaboratively across departments to embed best practice and deliver real business value through data.

• Define and deliver the organisation’s data architecture vision and roadmap.
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise data solutions.
• Establish strong data governance frameworks and reporting metrics to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Promote data literacy across the business, building engagement and confidence in data‑driven decision‑making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic direction and supporting transformation programmes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to develop internal data capability and talent.

• Experienced leader in data architecture, analytics, or data management within large or complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data frameworks, modelling practices, and governance principles.
• Proven ability to translate data strategy into practical, scalable solutions.
• Skilled communicator who can engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike.
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and delivery.
• Awareness of data compliance standards and the ability to embed best practice.
