We are looking for a highly motivated and results-focused Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities extend far beyond email execution—you act as a trusted partner to our clients in all areas of customer lifecycle strategy. You clearly articulate the reasoning behind our recommendations, bridging the gap between forecasts and email, SMS, direct mail, and other lifecycle touchpoints we deploy. Your ability to explain the "why" strengthens client confidence and builds a deeper sense of partnership.
You also serve as a dedicated champion of CTC's distinctive lifecycle approach and the tools that power it.
As a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist, you lead with clarity and intention, ensuring that every initiative is executed with excellence and aligned with client goals.

- Lead and communicate lifecycle strategy across all client touchpoints.
- Create predictive forecasts and shape strategic plans using data-driven insights.
- Serve as the primary voice for lifecycle initiatives, translating data into actionable insights for email, SMS, direct mail, and other channels.
- Champion CTC’s lifecycle approach and underlying tools.
- Deliver high-impact lifecycle marketing strategies with accountability and excellence.
- Autodidact: Naturally curious, absorbs information quickly, embraces feedback, and independently refines skills.
- Unimpeachable Character: Embodies pride, honest, communicates hard truths, takes full ownership, values constructive feedback.
- Competitive Greatness: Performs when it matters, shows determination, adapts to change, and is passionate about work.
- At least 2 years hands‑on experience in email and SMS marketing, with proven execution across campaigns, automations, segmentation, and optimization.
- At least 2 years experience in retention marketing, owning initiatives that drive predictable revenue, customer lifetime value, and ongoing lifecycle improvements.
- Be willing to put in the hard work required and be hungry enough to go through the kickoff.
- Fast feedback implementation and quality deliverables on time.
- Perseverance and learning from repetitive exercises.
- Align with the team and contribute to the Brain Trust for Ideas across clients.
- Manage, align & work with your pod members including Growth Strategist, Meta/Google/Channel Media Buyer, and Creative Strategist.
- Maintain data integrity across Statlas and other tracking tools.
- Execute the Prophit system, build email forecasts and marketing calendars.
- Analyze metrics and KPIs, provide insights, and adjust strategy.
- Integrate best practices across email, SMS, memberships, loyalty programs, popups, etc.
- Ensure deliverables on-brand, technically sound, and aligned with client forecast & strategy.
- Champion communication, ensuring alignment on retention and revenue goals.
- Send daily performance updates and weekly Slack reports.
- Provide insights and collaborate with Growth Strategists and Media Buyers.
- Clear progression path based on experience and quality of execution.
- Access a weekly performance dashboard comparing metrics across team members.
- Transparent pay and contract terms; consistent roadmap for increasing earnings.
- Regular mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations.
First 30 days – $1.5 K (Part‑time transition phase)
Days 31–60 – $3 K (Full‑time start)
Days 61–90 – $4–5 K + performance bonuses (depends on client quantity and quality of work).
Fully remote with the ability to pick your schedule. Embrace autonomy with clear expectations, regular 1:1 feedback sessions, and measurable quality benchmarks.
