Assistant Digital Solutions Consultant (SharePoint & Power Platform)

Join WSP as a Digital Consultant and drive digital transformation across the Water industry.

• Use Python to automate tasks, transform datasets, validate data quality, and prototype logic that complements low‑code solutions.
• Build and enhance SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and metadata structures to support digital workflows and document/data management.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows, including approvals, notifications, data movement, scheduled jobs, and governance‑friendly automation.
• Support data visualisation through Power
  
  BI, including data manipulation in Power Query and working with stakeholders to communicate insights.
• Support teams with clear documentation, tested scripts, and maintainable solutions.
• Run discovery sessions with teams to understand pain points in delivery and collaborate to develop solutions.
• Provide technical support, facilitate training, and foster a culture of innovation.

• Undergraduate or higher Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience and qualifications.
• Good knowledge of programming languages and data integration tools such as Python and FME.
• Appreciation and awareness of a variety of programming languages, visualisation, modelling, and automation packages and their interoperability.
• Experience of managing data and using data to drive decision making.
• Strong communication skills to effectively understand team requirements and influence behaviours, fostering a culture of innovation.
