Are you an experienced RPA Developer or Solution Architect ready to take the next step into a strategic leadership role?

We’re working with a leading UK consultancy that’s expanding its AI & Automation practice, delivering intelligent automation and AI-driven transformation for clients across finance, accountancy, and the public sector.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Power Automate, while shaping automation strategy, best practice, and client engagement.

• Proven background in RPA delivery or solution architecture (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
• Strong understanding of automation lifecycle, governance, and design standards
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable automation solutions
• Experience integrating automation with AI, data, or cloud technologies (Python, APIs, Azure AI, etc. desirable)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
