Summary:

Operational by Design
** This is a hands-on operational People and Culture role.

The primary purpose is to ensure that core HR processes run smoothly, compliantly and consistently across both Aion companies.

At 20 hours per week, the role focuses on operational excellence and disciplined execution.

** Ensure compliance with UK employment law and local Portuguese requirements via coordination Administer benefits and liaise with providers Managers retain hiring decisions; this role ensures process quality and consistency.

This role balances standalone infrastructure with effective integration into Group systems.
** Skills and Experience
** HR generalist experience in a small or scaling organisation

Good working knowledge of UK employment law Experience independently running HR operations Experience using structured HR systems; experience with Workday advantageous

CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience

Experience in software or technology environments Experience operating within a Group reporting structure
