Project Executive (HR) for International Firm

Hybrid - 3 days in office

10 months fixed term

Katie Bard working exclusively with a prestigious global organisation to find a talented Project Executive/Projects Manager for an exciting temporary opportunity within their wider HR function.

Working within the HR team, you will take ownership of HR projects from the firm's annual promotions cycle and pay review to partner performance processes and strategic one-off initiatives.

This is a role where you'll have genuine executive visibility, be trusted to drive governance across complex work streams, and make a real impact on how a global HR function operates.

You will be:

• Leading and delivering concurrent HR and internal projects to a high standard
• Acting as the central point of contact for HR stakeholders across Business Partnering, Talent, Reward and beyond
• Organising and supporting high-profile meetings with senior HR leadership and firm executives
• Owning cyclical processes end-to-end keeping trackers accurate and milestones on track
• Identifying and managing risks, and escalating where needed
• Spotting opportunities to streamline or automate manual processes
• Using data and analytics to influence decisions and provide meaningful updates

Applicants will have previous Project Management experience managing, supporting internal projects.
