Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + Commission (10–20% of Gross Margin)

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant
, you’ll take ownership of developing and growing industrial recruitment across the region.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing new client relationships across the West Midlands
• Managing and expanding existing accounts
• Recruiting across a range of Industrial roles including warehouse operatives, production staff, FLT drivers and logistics personnel
• Advertising roles, sourcing candidates and managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from business development through to placement

• Previous 360 recruitment experience
  , ideally within Industrial recruitment
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated consultant who enjoys running their own desk
• Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for recruitment
• Someone who thrives in a traditional, relationship-driven recruitment environment

• Basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
• Commission scheme of 10–20% based on gross margin
• Full autonomy to build and grow your desk across the West Midlands
