• ✔️ Support onboarding and induction processes.
• ✔️ Help manage employee records and HR documentation.
• ✔️ Participate in HR policy implementation and compliance checks.
• ✔️ Assist in planning training and development sessions.
• ✔️ Support employee engagement activities and events.
• ✔️ Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
• ✔️ Help prepare HR reports and metrics dashboards.
• ✔️ Assist in maintaining HR databases and systems.
• ✔️ Learn about employment laws and regulations in the UK.
