Sales & Recruitment Internship

Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)

Hours: 08:30 am–17:30pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays (41 hours per week)

Contract: 6-month paid internship

Start Date: July 2026

This paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical, transferable skills and gain genuine insight into the world of recruitment and sales
. Designed for individuals at an early stage in their career the role provides structured exposure to recruitment methodologies, candidate engagement, and business development activity across a range of sectors.

You’ll work alongside experienced recruitment consultants building confidence and commercial awareness while developing skills that support future careers in recruitment, sales, or client‑facing roles.

• Six months of full‑time, hands‑on experience in a professional business environment
• Exposure to multiple specialist sectors including Human Resources, Legal & Governance, Finance, Social Housing, Property Management and Tech
• Ongoing training, support, and mentoring from experienced recruitment professionals
• Practical experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, Linked In, and AI‑driven recruitment tools
• Insight into CV tailoring, recruitment processes, hiring strategies, and candidate engagement

• 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays (Pro Rata)

• Supporting business development research and networking projects
• Conducting telephone interviews and video meetings with candidates
