What You’ll Be Doing (360 Recruitment Consultant)
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
Build relationships with schools, academies and MATs
Source candidates through job boards, adverts, social media and headhunting
Conduct telephone, virtual and face‑to‑face interviews
Win new business through proactive outbound sales
Fill short‑notice and temporary roles quickly
Work towards weekly KPIs with full team support

Birmingham City Centre

Hours:

7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
