Junior Recruitment Consultant; Early Career​/Agency Track

You’ll work from modern, canal-side offices in Birmingham’s business district

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (clients + candidates)
• Delivering against live roles with pace and quality
• Building long-term client relationships
• Developing candidate pipelines and market knowledge
• Working closely with senior consultants and leadership

• 6–12+ months agency recruitment experience
• Clear evidence of targets hit or exceeded
• Commercial mindset and client-facing confidence
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

• Technical or contract recruitment exposure
• Experience with ATS / CRM systems
• Market delivery ownership rather than resourcing only
