I’m searching for an experienced HR professional with strong end‑to‑end M&A experience to support a highly acquisitive business.

• Lead the people workstream across the full deal cycle — due diligence, Day‑1 readiness, integration, organisation design and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance and Operations; build strong relationships and apply commercial awareness.

• Multiple M&A processes of different scales
• Strong TUPE and consultation experience
• Reward/benefits alignment and HRIS/payroll integration exposure
• Ability to work at pace through ambiguity
• Financial services background is beneficial but not essential
