Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant

Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)

Salary: £26,100 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

Contract: Full‑Time, Permanent (8:30am – 5:30pm Mon‑Thurs with 4pm Finish on Fridays)

Start Date: Immediate or flexible for the right candidate

You’ll join us as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within one of our specialist divisions – Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Social Housing, or Property Management – and get stuck into full‑cycle recruitment.

• Build long‑term relationships with clients through phone, email, Linked In, video calls and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Source, screen, and place quality candidates, while becoming a go‑to advisor in your market.
