Trainee Recruitment Consultant IT & Energy - Birmingham

Basic salary: £26,000 £ 30,000 DOE

Realistic OTE: £40,000 - £45,000

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.

You will join either the IT or Energy team, working closely with experienced consultants and managers who will train you from day one.

• Speaking to candidates and building long-term relationships
• Learning how to qualify, interview, and assess people
• Supporting live roles with well-known clients
• Advertising roles and running candidate searches
• Managing interview processes and offers
• Gradually developing into a full Recruitment Consultant role

You will start in a structured trainee position and progress into either a delivery or 360 consultant role as you develop.
