Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Construction & Infrastructure
Salary: £27,000–£32,000 DOE + highly lucrative, no-threshold commission

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys the pace, challenge and reward of 360 recruitment — ideally with temp/contract experience in construction, engineering or a similar technical sector.

What you’ll be doing :
 
* Building new business and developing warm client relationships
 
* Opening new sites with existing clients
 
* Managing your own projects, workforce and desk
 
* Working closely with candidates to ensure smooth placements
 
* Growing your own revenue with full autonomy and support
