Base salary DOE + excellent commission package

• Build and manage pipelines for diverse accounting and finance roles, from A/R specialists to C-level executives
• Attend and network at recruiting events, engaging with established professionals and university talent
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to maintaining lasting relationships with hires and clients

• 3+ years of previous recruiting experience
• A strong sense of urgency, a passion for recruiting, and a collaborative spirit
• Exceptional communication skills to engage professionals across all experience levels
• A detail-oriented approach and a genuine passion for building relationships
• Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements, including background, credit, education, and drug screenings

• Previous accounting or finance recruiting experience
• Previous experience working on executive level roles
