HR Shared Service Centre Team Leader

Katie Bard is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and collaborative HR Shared Services Team Leader to join an expanding HR Shared Service Function of an international brand. This role comes at a pivotal time of transformation, with the firm managing changes to HR technology, streamlining processes, and strengthening support for its people. As the Team Leader you will lead the delivery of high‑quality service, focusing on operational excellence, data accuracy, and a positive experience for every new joiner, and will provide day‑to‑day leadership to a team of 4–5 HR Administrators.

• Manage, coach, and upskill HR Administrators to deliver a consistently high standard of customer‑centric service.
• Ensure all onboarding and administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed SLAs.
• Act as the onboarding specialist for the Shared Service Function, offering expert guidance across wider HR activity.
• Oversee the internal ticketing system, ensuring effective triage, timely responses, and prioritisation of high‑importance tasks.
• Work closely with external employment screening provider, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a smooth candidate experience.
• Produce weekly operational reports for internal stakeholders and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and elevate the onboarding experience.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Investigate and resolve escalations, ensuring queries are handled professionally and promptly.
