Regional People Partner

About This RoleRemote working role supporting schools in the East of England, requiring residence within easy travel distance of Norwich, Ipswich, and other Eastern coastal regions.
We are looking for a confident, organised, and reliable HR leader to deliver a proactive, expert and professional HR service to a group of academies, as well as work with the people partnering team on a range of HR projects.
You will lead on employee relations issues and casework, ensuring they are resolved at the earliest opportunity and in the best way for staff and the organisation. You’ll support organisational and cultural change to align with the organisational strategy, including TUPE transfers. Working closely with defined client groups and Trust central teams, you will undertake people planning and strategic people partnering to deliver our strategy.

About You- Strong generalist HR experience within a multi‑academy trust, education or public sector.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience, with willingness to develop further.
- Experience managing complex casework and high‑level employee relations issues, able to handle multiple streams and conflicting priorities.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice; familiarity with Green Book and Burgundy Book frameworks.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively to provide advice and guidance.
