Talent Acquisition Consultant

Henlee Resourcing is urgently looking for an experienced Inhouse or RPO Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team of a fast-paced, multi-site organisation.

Financial Services / Professional Services / Technical Consultancy-type experience preferred.

Office:
Birmingham, Manchester or Milton Keynes (Hybrid 1-2 days a week in either office)

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 DOE + Great package, flexible working and scope!

Our

Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and key stakeholders across the group, you will take detailed briefs from hiring managers and advise on the most effective recruitment strategies for each campaign.

You’ll manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – crafting and posting compelling adverts, proactively sourcing candidates, managing external partners, conducting interviews and guiding each process through to offer / feedback – ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout.

We’re seeking applicants with a proven track record of recruitment in an in-house or RPO environment, ideally with strong experience recruiting financial services or professional services roles, at all levels of seniority.

You will be a confident, credible and engaging communicator, who can challenge and influence appropriately. Strong attention to detail, excellent judgement when identifying top talent and robust planning and prioritisation skills are essential to managing a busy and deadline-driven workload.
