Position: Learning & Development Manager – Luxury Country House Hotel

Our client is a truly exceptional 5-star country house hotel, and they are searching for a Learning & Development Manager to join their talented team.

Set within beautiful countryside grounds in Berkshire, this prestigious property forms part of a globally renowned luxury hotel collection and is known for its outstanding service, exceptional dining and world-class hospitality.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for people development, training and service excellence to play a key role in shaping the learning culture of a leading luxury hotel.

Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

What you’ll be doing as the Learning & Development Manager…
  • Leading the hotel’s learning and development strategy
  • Delivering engaging training programmes across all departments
  • Supporting managers with coaching, development plans and performance improvement
  • Ensuring new starters receive an exceptional onboarding experience
  • Monitoring training effectiveness and identifying future development opportunities
What we’re looking for…
  • Previous Learning & Development or Training experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • A strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards
  • A confident trainer who can inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for developing people and supporting career growth
