Night Auditor (Night Crew Member) - MOXY Birmingham NEC
This position is based on a casual contract
Gross Salary: £13.53 per hour

Proactive problem solver and team player, who builds a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel n Tasks and responsibilities
Running the night audit and balancing the days accounts
Prepare the hotel for the following day
Helping guests and creating positive experiences
Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
Manage all bills and payments correctly
Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
Follow all food safety, licensing and health & safety policies to work safely
Supporting other crew members and follow direction from crew leaders
Promote & support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
Useful Experience

Experience with in the service industry
Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
Personal experience of travel & travel industry
