Now part of The Loxley Collection, the hotel is undergoing a £10 million investment programme, introducing an exceptional new spa and vitality hydropool with a semi-retractable roof, enhanced leisure facilities, a 120-person function space, additional family suites, and an alfresco dining terrace. A newly designed kitchen sits at the centre of our culinary experience, driving an exciting and elevated food offering.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

• Create a warm welcome and provide attentive customer service to hotel guests and visitors
• Serving beverages efficiently and professionally
• Preparing and setting up bar areas
• Handling payments and operating the till
• Taking food and drink orders
• Supporting weddings, events, and private functions
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Craft classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area

• Confidence in communication
• Customer service skills

• Passion for food, drink, and guest service
• Someone who enjoys learning and development
• Previous bartending experience
  
  Cocktail & mixology knowledge (not essential)
