Housekeeping Assistant​/Room Attendant

We’re looking for a Housekeeping Assistant / Room Attendant to join our team and maintain the exceptional bedroom standards The Grand Hotel Birmingham is known for. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in presentation and works efficiently without compromising quality.

We have a range of shifts and hours available during the days including weekends.

• Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to Grand standards
• Preparing immaculate beds, bathrooms and corridors
• Managing your allocated section of rooms with accountability and care
• Supporting the wider housekeeping team as required

This role involves manual cleaning duties and being active throughout your shift.

• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
• Ability to manage time effectively and work at pace
• A reliable and team‑focused approach
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
• Previous housekeeping experience desirable, but full training provided
