Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the venue
Lead, inspire, and develop a large front-of-house and kitchen team
Drive exceptional guest experiences and consistently high service standards
Manage budgets, labour, stock control, and GP to maximise profitability
Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, and licensing regulations
Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team
Deliver sales growth through effective planning, local marketing, and team engagement

About You:

Proven experience as a General Manager within casual dining or hospitality
A confident, motivating leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
Commercially minded with experience managing P&L and key performance metrics
Passionate about guest experience and team development
Strong knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and employment legislation
