The Club Room is the hub of our clubs where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment. As a Clubroom F&B Supervisor, you will oversee a team within our indoor and outdoor operations, managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.

• Lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate and supervise daily food and beverage operations.
• Plan and execute events (e.g., BBQs, quiz nights).
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
• Ensure efficient staffing and scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold club values.

• Self‑motivated with a passion for quality food and service.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing a large operational service facility (e.g., restaurant, leisure facility).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
