Head Pastry Chef – Luxury Hotel – Imagination
A Head Pastry or strong Pastry Sous Chef is required for a stunning 4
* hotel near Birmingham South. You will be responsible for all things pastry and lead a really enthusiastic pastry team.
This hotel has awards for its afternoon teas already but they are looking for new ideas to push it further – a really good opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef with ideas & imagination.
Pastry Chef Snapshot:
- £35,000 – £38,000
- Straights shifts
- 40 hours
- Stunning 45 bedroom hotel near Birmingham.
- Really flexible and approachable Exec Chef
- Mixture of day shifts and late shifts
- Leading a pastry team
- Full input into menu’s (ala carte – afternoon tea – banqueting)
