Role Overview

In the role of Room Attendant you will report to the Head Housekeeper and support the housekeeping team in the day‑to‑day running of the department.

We are passionate about career progression; we’ll build a career plan with you that includes training, mentoring and extensive experience outside your current skill set.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning guest rooms to hotel standard
  • Replenishing linen and guest supplies
  • Providing a great guest experience
  • Reporting any maintenance faults and dealing with lost property
  • Ensuring appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and compliant with regulations, and reporting faults to the Head Housekeeper
Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in a housekeeping environment is desirable, but we welcome applicants who are looking for a new challenge and want to join a business that offers exceptional development and potential to progress.
