Position: Daytime Sous Chef - Fresh Catering, 3pm Finish, 500 Meals
An independent contract catering company in Birmingham is seeking a Sous Chef to manage kitchen operations and prepare high-quality meals for up to 500 clients daily.

This role offers a strong work-life balance with day shifts and weekends off, ensuring you finish your shifts around 3pm. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contract catering or banqueting, with a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. Additional perks include free parking and uniform provided.
