A F1 Arcade Reception Supervisor leads the front‑of‑house team, creating a vibrant guest experience by managing check‑ins, bookings, and seamless flow, resolving issues, upholding high service standards, training staff on brand values (hospitality, speed, professionalism), coordinating with other departments (kitchen, bar), and handling shift operations, including cash/sales, ensuring a thrilling, well‑run F1‑themed visit from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience & Service:
- Deliver a warm, energetic welcome and create a positive first impression.
- Manage guest flow, bookings (walk‑ins/reservations), and simulator protocols efficiently.
- Handle all guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating when needed.
- Ensure the team maintains F1 Arcade's high service standards.
- Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead, support, and motivate the reception, host, and floor teams.
- Conduct shift briefings, share feedback, and provide ongoing training.
- Set the tone for professionalism, energy, and brand values.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee reception area cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards.
- Manage cash handling, transactions, and bookings during shifts.
- Liaise with kitchen, bar, and management for smooth service and incident reporting.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure safety compliance.
- VIP & Special Events:
- Assist in coordinating VIP experiences and personalized service for groups/events.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- High energy, attention to detail, and a passion for guest satisfaction.
