• Work with the Manager to lead and motivate the Conference & Events operations team.
• Ensure event spaces are set up correctly and ready on time.
• Act as the main point of contact for organisers before, during and after events.
• Train and support the team so they deliver consistent, friendly and efficient service.
• Cover any role in the department when needed to keep things moving.

• Experience in a supervisory role within a conference and events environment.
• A natural people person who can quickly build rapport and motivate a team.
• Organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to challenges.
• Flexibility to work shifts across weekdays, weekends and evenings.

Salary: £27,476 per annum plus gratuities and service charge.
