We are seeking talented and motivated pharmacists to join the Heartlands site in Respiratory Medicine and Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD). This post will enable the delivery of a clinically focused and innovative pharmacy service working within a strong specialist team.

- You will have a patient-facing role supporting the specialty whilst working with the MDT and running ILD clinics.
- You will be supported to undertake your NMP or, if already achieved in another area, develop knowledge into this field.
- Contribute to Cost Improvement Programs (CIP) to support the speciality and department.
- Complete audits and Quality Improvement Projects (QIP) to present to the speciality meetings.
- Join a large specialist pharmacy team covering multiple areas, supporting pharmacists at your base site and across all sites.
- Receive coaching from a team of more experienced pharmacists to support development.
- Excellent learning and development opportunities through a structured development programme to progress from a Senior Support Pharmacist (band
7) to a Specialist Clinical role (band 8a) embedded within the clinical area. - Dedicated protected learning during work hours to facilitate your development.
- Post-graduate training in pharmacy and support to undertake non-medical prescribing (NMP) courses and other postgraduate learning.
