As a Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of a person-centred team, helping individuals lead their most independent lives. Each day will be unique, with your responsibilities including:
Ensuring Safety & Wellbeing :
Help our clients stay safe, manage their medications, and ensure their environment is clean and comfortable. Supporting Daily Living :

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of six months of experience as a Support Worker within the last three years. A passion for making a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism.
