Responsibilities- Ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered in an effective and efficient manner, reflecting the values and ethos of The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
- Be responsible for assessing care needs of patients. Planning, implementation and the evaluation of these programmes without direct supervision.
Ward 1 is a 24 bedded inpatient unit providing spinal orthopaedic services to adult patients. As a specialist Foundation Trust, we are in an enviable position to focus our attention on high quality care and innovation. Ward 1 is often at the forefront of these innovations and as Staff Nurse you will be involved in delivering pioneering and life-changing care. As a nursing team, we have made vast improvements to develop our nursing processes to ensure that we provide the best in nursing care to our patients.
