Aspire People are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Engagement & Wellbeing Worker to join our team in Balsall Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, supporting local residents, and helping to create healthier, more connected communities.

About the Role
You will play a key role in:

Supporting the wellbeing of individuals and families within the community

Building strong relationships with local groups, organisations, and residents

Planning and delivering engagement activities, workshops, and outreach sessions

Signposting individuals to relevant services and resources

Helping to develop a welcoming, inclusive environment where people feel heard and supported

What We're Looking For
A warm, approachable communicator who enjoys working with diverse communities

Experience in community work, wellbeing support, or a related field

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently across three set days

Someone reliable, motivated, and ready to start as soon as possible
