Overview
To provide a comprehensive secretarial service to the Consultant and members of the medical team within ICCR, assisting them in achieving their objectives and liaising with all relevant services.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and secretarial support, including the receipt of all correspondence, booking of patient appointments, typing up clinical letters from audio or text, and reporting all other correspondence as required by the medical team.
- Act as a focal point of contact and disseminate information, messages and enquiries for the medical team; liaise with multidisciplinary team members, other health professionals and staff within the Trust, GPs, social workers, service users, carers and external agencies as appropriate.
