This role is advertised for 4 sessions a week.

3.Within this position you will be required to demonstrate reliable clinical reasoning and have a positive enthusiastic approach to working within our multi-disciplinary team.

4.Deliver against all GMS requirements

1.Undertakeconsultations with a range of patients as an autonomous practitioner taking ahistory, carrying out physical examination, and use clinical knowledge and judgement to identify potential diagnosis.

2.Utiliseclinical knowledge and experience to provide competent care to meet thehealth and social care needs of patients.

3.Ensureall treatment provided are based on evidence and best practice.

4.Assistin clinical audit and the setting and monitoring of service standards.

5.Keepaccurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations using appropriateclinical software.
